  • Greenfield (The Ronettes) v. Philles Records (Phil Spector)

Mr. Wolinsky has been featured in Billboard Magazine and testified in the California State Senate hearings that ultimately led to the adoption of SB 1034, which expanded audit rights for artists and producers in the record industry.

Prior to his career in royalty audits and forensic accounting, Mr. Wolinsky worked in the television industry and he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, where he was a member of the Phi Sigma Delta Fraternity, as well as his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Southern California.

In his spare time, Mr. Wolinsky volunteers as a "diabetes coach" to help those who are coping with the disease and fundraises to find a cure for diabetes and to fight blindness.
